Early Years Practitioner Level 3 or Level 2

About the role

We are a small village Pre-school located between Hitchin, Harpenden and Luton. We welcome children from two years old to rising five. We are a small team that works well alongside our fantastic committee members. We are recruiting for bank staff  that are able to work as and when the preschool needs . The hours will vary each week working hours are between 8.30am-3.30pm

Key requirements for the role

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qulification or equivalent
• A working knowledge of the EYFS and how to implement it and record children’s progress.
• Hold paediatric first aid 
• Hold an enhanced DBS 
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be motivated, enthustiastic and able to work independently using their own initivtive 
• Work as a team sharing jobs and helping other team members 
• Able to plan exciting activities that support and extend children’s learning 
• We will be holding rolling interviews
