All children are allocated a key worker: a member of staff with individual responsibilities for a group of children. The key worker is in a position to tailor the group’s curriculum to the needs of each individual child following the Early Years Foundation Stage principles. The key worker works with parents through shared record keeping, interests and communication to ensure that all children are supported in reaching their full potential.
